If your husband shows no love to you it can feel as though you're living alone in your marriage. Many couples reach a point where the dynamic of their marriage shifts from that of loving, intimate partners to that of being co-parents and roommates. It's emotionally difficult and unless steps are taken to rectify it, the relationship will slowly become even more unhinged until eventually you two rarely talk or divorce seems like the only logical step.

 

You glare at your husband over the kitchen table, the family checkbook held hostage between you. "Dryer!" you snap. "Carburetor!" he retorts. "Pay down credit cards!" you demand. "Put away for savings!" he insists.

And it's like this all the time. It's not just that you can't seem to agree on things, you're locked in battle royal over them. Whether it's going hiking versus golf, seeing movie X versus movie Y, should the kids be in soccer camp or play baseball, no matter what the issues are, you're sniping at each other, each trying to get his or her way, never mind the fallout.

Make contact and don't push him away! 

All you have to do is maintain eye contact and let him know that you are looking at HIM and no one else! If he's a little shy, then you could smile invitingly at him and even walk over and say hello. Once he knows you are friendly, he will find it easier to talk to you and open up more.

Are you thinking that kissing really isn't all that important? Do you think that you already know how to kiss? After all, what is there to kissing other than pressing your lips together and varying the pressure while moving your head around, right? You've never gotten any complaints, right?

Well, just because nobody has ever complained about your kissing doesn't mean that you're very good at it. Even if your partner or past partners have told you that they liked kissing you that doesn't necessarily mean that you're any good at it. Many times actually, a partner might say that they like kissing you hoping to build your confidence and maybe get you to focus on the fact that you really aren't that great of a kisser.
